All orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, and shipping times, availability, and policies may vary depending on the supplier. By placing an order with RideOut.ai, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping:
1. Processing & Shipping Times – Order processing times vary based on the supplier. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are subject to change due to supplier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Third-Party Fulfillment – We rely on third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. As a result, RideOut.ai is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit. Any shipping issues must be addressed with the respective supplier or shipping carrier.
3. Tracking Information – Tracking details will be provided when available. Some suppliers may take additional time to update tracking information.
4. Customs & Import Fees – International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. RideOut.ai does not control or collect these fees.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses – Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate before placing an order. RideOut.ai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments – Once an order has been shipped, RideOut.ai is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.
7. Non-Delivery Due to Supplier Stock Issues – If a supplier is unable to fulfill an order due to stock shortages, RideOut.ai will issue a refund or provide alternative product options.
8. Changes & Cancellations – Due to the automated nature of our order processing, cancellations or changes to an order may not be possible once it has been placed. Customers should contact customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

At Rideout.AI, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
• The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and components intact.
• The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is not damaged, missing parts, or reported as stolen. RideOut.AI will not issue refunds for missing or stolen products.
2. Partial Refund & Processing Fees
Due to shipping, handling, and processing fees, all approved refunds are subject to a deduction of processing and management fees. These fees cover:
• Shipping and handling costs
• Processing and restocking fees
• Management and system fees associated with our Wix platform and AutoDS system
The deducted amount will vary depending on the product, supplier fees, and original shipping costs.
3. No Refund After 30 Days
We strictly enforce a no refund policy on requests made after 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned with missing parts or stolen items
• Products returned after the 30-day refund window
• Orders that do not meet our return conditions
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us via Email at alexis@rideout.ai with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Approval – If your refund request meets our policy conditions, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return the Item – You must return the item in its original packaging with all parts included.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund minus the applicable fees. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
