As a result, product availability, shipping times, and return policies are subject to the terms set by our suppliers. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that RideOut.AI acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers.

 Ordering & Payment

• All orders placed through RideOut.AI are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in $ USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our Wix-powered payment gateway.

 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times vary based on product availability, supplier location, and delivery destination. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Once an order is processed and shipped, RideOut.AI is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RideOut.AI is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

• RideOut.AI will not issue a refund for products with missing parts or reported as stolen.

• Approved refunds will be subject to deductions for processing, shipping, handling, and management fees.

• Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the delivery date.

• RideOut.AI does not manufacture any of the products sold on our website. Therefore, we do not provide warranties beyond what is offered by the supplier.
